Cody Brings The Collaboration.

Cody understands the meaning of a team, he has the ability to put the needs of others before his own. He has defined what collaboration means to him, and has collectively worked with the team in creating positive progression. Cody joined Coldwell Banker and The DiLoreto Team in 2012. As a sales representative, Cody has been involved in over 1000 new development sales and 100+ resale transactions.

Collaboration has always been integrated within Cody’s life. Cody’s previous career in hockey is what led him to The City of Guelph. He initially came as a 16-year-old to play for the Guelph Storm, he eventually moved away for a short period of time, only to find himself back again. He attended the University of Guelph to study Economics and Finance and eventually made Guelph his home.

Cody prides himself on his commitment and dedication to his clients. There is never a bad time to call, the client’s needs are what matters most. In this business, having someone like Cody who can see the needs of his clients and help make those dreams turn into a realty is imperative.

When not helping his clients or working closely with members of the team, you can find Cody playing hockey, socializing with friends, or dining at one of Guelph’s local hot spots.
